Talent Brand Manager
12 Month+ Contract role initially
Seeking someone with experience owning all of Talent/Employer Brand previously
- This role involves a blend of strategic and execution responsibilities, ensuring our talent brand strategy aligns with business needs and data.
- The contractor will be responsible for maintaining current operations while contributing to our long-term talent attraction goals supporting our high performance culture.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in talent brand strategy and execution, excels in data analysis and communication, and is adept at creating engaging content, and developing long-term strategies.
Duties:
- Strategy Development: Develop short- and long-term global talent brand strategies and resourcing proposals based on business needs, conducting research and benchmarking. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align talent brand initiatives with broader business objectives and overall company PR and brand efforts.
- Content Creation: Produce 1 to 2 blogs per month, adding strategic insights by analyzing data and setting business expectations. Develop content that showcases employee experiences, company achievements, and industry thought leadership.
- Social Media (LinkedIn) Management: Evaluate current Talent Brand related social media efforts and support the creation and publication of 4-6 social posts per month. Create engaging content that reflects the company’s values and culture.
- Employer Value Proposition (EVP): Develop and refine the EVP for consistent messaging across candidate and employee communications. Ensure the EVP resonates with diverse global audiences and reflects the company’s commitment to inclusivity and innovation.
- Measurement and Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media engagement and track application rates, providing insights and reports on the effectiveness of talent brand initiatives. Use data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Track metrics such as brand awareness and hire conversion rates.
- Event Participation: Develop principles for our presence at talent and industry conferences/events, and support the Talent Acquisition team with necessary materials and information to ensure effective employer brand promotion and networking with potential candidates.
Prior Experience required for this position:
- Proven Experience: 5-7 years in talent brand strategy and execution,
preferably in a tech or finance company.
- Data Analysis: Strong ability to use data to inform strategy and measure
branding initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with
experience in content creation for blogs and social media.
- Strategic Insight: Ability to develop long-term strategies and provide
actionable insights based on data and industry trends.
- Employer Branding Knowledge: Familiarity with best practices and trends in
employer branding.
- Project Management: Strong skills in managing multiple projects and working
independently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma for content creation and brand asset
refinement.
