As our VP of Human Resources, youll be pivotal in shaping APRs growth, both by consulting on high-stakes client projects and by designing the internal frameworks that will define our future. This role combines two game-changing functions:
- Acting as a top-tier consultant for major client projects, especially on large-scale contracts.
- Building APRs foundational infrastructure creating sustainable strategies, frameworks, and processes that will define how we grow, evolve, and thrive.

Education:

15+ years in HR roles, with a track record in strategy, and operational leadership.
