Role Overview: In this leadership position, you will oversee both Talent Management and Talent Acquisition functions, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent to meet its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Leadership: Act as an innovative thought leader for talent management and acquisition, bringing a creative, forward-looking approach to every stage of the talent lifecycle.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate on building a strategic talent portfolio, prioritizing initiatives that align with business goals. Diagnose root causes of talent challenges and design effective, timely solutions.
- Influence & Impact: Build trust with business leaders, use data to frame issues strategically, and balance decision-making with strong leadership and inclusivity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and global HR leaders to develop an integrated approach to talent management.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes, driving continuous improvement and aligning career development opportunities with organizational objectives.
- Succession Planning: Develop and manage talent pipelines for key roles, focusing on identifying high-potential employees and creating succession plans aligned with long-term business strategies.
- Recruitment Oversight: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that talent acquisition strategies attract high-caliber candidates.
- Talent Planning: Manage the communication and execution of annual and off-cycle talent planning processes, along with other enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role focused on talent management, including experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or a similar strategic HR position.
- Expertise in performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage ambiguity, demonstrating a proactive, strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Proven success in building strong relationships with both peers and executive leadership, with excellent communication and executive presence.
- Proficiency in HR systems, including HRIS (Workday preferred), ATS, and other HR technology tools.
