Role Objective
People Analytics is responsible for leveraging data and insights to drive strategic HR initiatives and enable data-driven decision-making in HR. The incumbent will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting Human Capital Data and metrics to provide actionable insights that support talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning and overall business performance. The role will contribute to improving organisational effectiveness and driving positive outcomes for our employees.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis:
- Analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys and other relevant data repositories
- Monitor dashboard and employee surveys to provide ongoing visibility into key HR metrics, trends and insights
- Identify patterns, trends and correlations in HR data to uncover actionable insights and make recommendations for HR strategy and decision-making
2. Workforce Planning & Talent Analytics:
- Collaborate with HR business partners and specialist to assess human capital needs
- Conduct talent analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment, retention and development programs
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize talent acquisition, succession planning and employee development initiatives
3. Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Analyze employee survey data to identify engagement drivers and areas for improvement
- Facilitate HR teams to design and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience and improve retention
- Monitor and track employee attrition and identify factors contributing to turnover
4. HR Insights & Reporting:
- Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc HR reports and presentations to HR leadership and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and measure HR metrics aligned with business objectives
- Provie insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support HR strategy development and implementation
Requirements
- Proven experience in people analytics, HR data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and interpret complex data sets
- Able to translate business problems into mathematical formulations, familiar with data manipulation and analysis
- Proficient in data visualization tools and analytics software
- Knowledge in HR processes, practices and regulations
- Familiar with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Independent self-starter with ability to multi-task, strong attention to details
