Job Scope:
- Involved in initiatives for the attraction and retention of healthcare professionals
- Gather feedback from employees to understand employees’ job satisfaction and ensure employees are engaged with company goals and values.
- Develop and organize events / programs that enhance employee engagement and improve employer branding.
- Responsible for administration of awards ceremonies, coordination of staff recognition nominations and management of pre-service scholars.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to organize career talks and career fairs to grow employer brand awareness
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration / Communications or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experiences
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
