You will need to have direct experience in recruitment, employment branding and project management. As a Talent Magnet, you will need to be dynamic and results-driven, working closely with business units to proactively understand hiring needs and translate those needs into actions that will attract suitable talent and fill positions in a timely manner.
Job Description
Timely Recruitment & Talent Pipeline Building
- Manage the recruiting process from posting to on boarding including planning and organizing of Local and Overseas Assessment Centre for Flight and Cabin Cabin Crew recruitment
- Coordinate and provide support in mainly the Flight Crew and Cabin Crew recruitment to the team, covering the span from the attracting, sourcing of candidates, shortlisting, assessments management and using data-driven insights to proactively help meet operational needs
- Leverage multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates, including LinkedIn, search engines, niche job boards, career fairs, flying internships program with schools and other collaboration opportunities with schools, e2i, WSD, and etc.
- Focus on candidate experience by providing prompt and effective communication to candidates and hiring managers during the process
- Collaborates closely with all stakeholders in our business to deliver the very best hiring experience for both our managers and our candidates
- Proactively create, nurture and engage talent pipelines to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates for current and future manpower requirements
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other recruitment events
Candidate Experience Enhancement
- Manage on-boarding process and work closely with HR Employee Experience team for all on-boarding administrations
- Assist in the designing and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and positive journey from application to onboarding
- Support in implementation of feedback mechanisms to collect feedback and continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate satisfaction
Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Working closely with Employee Communication Team to drive Company-wide Employer Branding Programmes best suited for Company in maximizing Employee Value Proposition and targeting specific role hiring campaigns
- Part of the Team to be involved in designing new Employer Branding Initiatives (social media related, job portals, etc)
- Assigned with Employer Branding Initiatives and ensure timely and effective execution of initiatives.
- Support in the roll out of Applicant Tracking System, Candidate Relationship Management, revamp in Company’s career related website & social media platforms including Facebook Career Page, Instagram, LinkedIn Company Page, etc
- Ensure highest level of Candidate’s Experience at all possible touch points with applicants of all levels
Talent Acquisition Project Management
- Leverage on technology to drive recruitment process optimization to improve speed and efficiency, empowering the team to spend quality time with candidates.
- Propose and implement best practices in talent acquisition to enhance overall recruitment efficiency
- Identify effective predictive recruitment solutions, technology or models to further enhance our predictive hiring with people data analytics insights for a high-performing workforce, working closely with Product Owners and IT BA to ensure delivery of digital projects tha meet TA objectives
- Pre and post vendor management to ensure seamless user experience and product is performing in accordance to requirements, active participation and provide support to the project lead for execution of the project team leads.
