Senior/ Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruitment)

The role requires to manage end-to-end talent acquisition process to deliver agreed roles within the assigned business function and region.

Key accountabilities

Responsible for full recruitment cycle of end-to-end spectrum of hiring activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing salary proposals and pre-onboarding process
Work closely with respective departments to determine the talent needs
Contribute ideas and participate in initiatives to improve recruitment processes or sourcing techniques
Build and maintain candidate pools and talent pipelines
Participate in HR projects including recruitment drives
Update and prepare recruitment reports or statistics for Management

Qualifications & Experience

Preferably 1-5 years of in-house recruiter / recruiter at the recruitment agency / headhunting firm will be preferred

• Prior Human Resource recruitment experience in healthcare industry will be preferred • Good communication skill, fast learner and good in meeting tight deadlines

Highly adaptable and comfortable with fast paced and high volume hiring environment
Able to multi-task and juggle different responsibilities / urgent work assignments
A meticulous team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
