This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.
You will be responsible for:

creating a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from attraction to selection and to keep them motivated during the process;

managing end to end recruitment process by attracting and selecting the right candidates with right set of skills and competencies and making a hiring decision;
-
building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings;
-
supporting the development and implementation of innovative recruitment channels and network to support the talent acquisition activities to cope with the growth of the organization;
-
keeping abreast of the recruitment best practices, talent market trends, emerging tools and technologies and provide sourcing advice to hiring managers;
-
assisting in execution of employer branding initiatives, leveraging various channels and programs to attract top talent;
-
understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the user departments to feed into recruitment timelines;
-
maintaining data metrics relates to setting up recruiters’ performance targets and related measures;
-
performing any other duties from time to time as the Authority reasonably directs.
You should:
-
possess a recognised university degree preferably in HR Management, Business Management or related disciplines;
-
have approximately 6-7 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition with sizable organization;
-
have proven track record of successfully hiring under high volume and short timelines;
-
have in-depth understanding of multiple recruiting and social media platforms and demonstrate agility by working in a fast-paced environment with ever changing demands;
-
possess exposure to using Workday would be an advantage;
-
have strong team work, with can-do attitude and attention to detail skill; and
-
be able to work independently and have good organization and communication skills
-
be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
(Candidate with less experience may be considered for the post of Senior Talent Acquisition Officer)
