Our Client is a Leading IT infrastructure and Data Centre solutions Multinational Corporation. They are looking for an individual to join their growing business as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive candidate database, continuously engaging with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Leverage recruitment analytics to track candidate pipelines, optimize hiring efficiency, and improve time-to-fill metrics.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience through effective communication and timely updates.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance sourcing strategies and talent attraction efforts.
Maintain compliance with company hiring policies and data privacy regulations.
Key Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Any Field
Min. 2 years of working experience in the related field
Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Database Recruiter, preferably handling high-volume requisitions.
Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, database management, and talent pipeline building.

Working Location: West
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Basic Salary: S$4,800 or Above + Bonuses
