Roles & Responsibilities The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across Vantage. This individual will focus on the interview process intentionally seeking a diversity of candidates. The TA Partner will use our values and strive for greatness to guide and develop the next generation of employees to empower Vantage Data Centers to continue to succeed in achieving its mission and vision. This individual may be asked to assist the Global HR team with additional projects.
Essential Job Functions
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection while creating a lasting and impactful candidate experience.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the data center industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and guide them on proper recruitment process.
- Meet regularly with hiring managers and department leaders you directly support.
- Post enhanced and inclusive job descriptions by utilizing our technology stack across various job boards.
- Meet assigned TA and Vantage department goals, metrics, and KPIs.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about talent trends and competitive hiring practices.
Interviewing and Selection:
- Conduct initial preliminary screenings and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
- Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
- Provide recommendations to hiring managers and coordinate feedback to candidates.
- Utilize data analysis and insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and feedback.
- Handle candidate inquiries and manage offer negotiations and closing.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Collaboration:
- Partner with HR team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient talent acquisition process.
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards team, Compensation team, and hiring managers to develop job descriptions and drive compensation discussions.
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to better understand the business and needs of each department.
- Work in partnership with a variety of stakeholders from Design & Engineering, Construction, Software Engineering, IT, Finance, Site Operations, Business Operations, Reliability Engineering, Learning & Development, and Human Resources.
- Work with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed ensuring weekly reports to keep hiring managers on track.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment tools and technologies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to the talent acquisition team.

Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or relevant experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruiting required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience Sourcing preferred.
- Large and medium sized tech company experience preferred.
- Data Center experience a plus, but not required.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking System(s)
- Experience with full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, recruiting, scheduling and interviewing in-house
- Diversity hiring experience a plus
- A team player who can influence and develop effective partnerships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Travel required is expected to be less than 10%
