Job Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate members of the Talent Attraction and Talent Management team to ensure they achieve high performance levels.
Ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the recruitment process to support the company's talent needs and goal achievement.
Develop and implement a global talent attraction strategy to ensure the company can attract top talent that meets business needs.
Responsible for developing and optimizing recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, campus recruitment, etc.
Responsible for developing and implementing talent management and development plans to ensure employees have continuous career development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement performance evaluation and talent development plans to support employee career development and the achievement of company business goals.
Work closely with the HR team and business departments to ensure talent attraction and management strategies align with the company's overall strategic goals.
Establish and maintain good relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to ensure the company can access high-quality talent resources.
Continuously improve talent attraction and management processes to enhance efficiency and data quality, ensuring the implementation of best practices.
Identify and drive improvement projects in talent attraction and management to achieve higher performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above.
Over 15 years of experience in talent attraction and talent management, especially in international companies.
Proficient in English, with strong business communication skills (both written and verbal)
Outstanding communication skills and cross-department collaboration abilities.
Data analysis skills and strategic thinking.
