Job Description
We are looking for someone who is excited to work in an AI start-up and is willing to
develop him/herself in the HRTech space. This role would be ideal for someone who is
self-motivated and is able to pick up relevant industry knowledge quickly.
What we expect from you:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from candidate screening to interviews to offer management and onboarding.
- End-to-end onboarding with new hire and exit.
- Lead organisation culture-building and employee engagement initiatives
- Conduct talent marketing to ensure a healthy pipeline of talents to the company.
- Take charge of employer branding activities.
- Connect with campus recruitment stakeholders and any other source of tech
- talents.
- Provide forward-looking solutions to address issues faced by hiring managers.
- Contribute towards total performance management exercise.
- Ensure human resource policy and processes fit the needs and goals of the
- organization and its leadership.
- Consult with the executive team on workforce planning and HR initiatives.
- Resolve employee relations issues.
- Ability to multitask and work in a constantly evolving work environment.
So here’s what we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience as a HR Generalist or relevant working experience.
- Good working knowledge of HR best practices, employment practices and regulations.
- Prior experience in a start-up environment would be beneficial.
- Meticulous and have a great eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Team player, self-starter, able to work on multiple projects.
