We are searching for a driven professional with a passion for finding and identifying talent, internally and externally, with the ability to develop effective plans and processes in talent acquisition and pipelining, employer brand and seamless candidate experience.
This is a unique opportunity, as we are offering the prospect of broadening your skills to include a generalist HR remit, in terms of operations, employee engagement and partnering with the business. We do not expect that you to have this background to be considered, your evident desire to develop your career in this way, will be enough.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience hiring in corporate environments, particularly sourcing and headhunting passive candidates, and a solid track record of talent acquisition for roles in multiple countries.
- Achieved at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent; with knowledge of blue-chip listed companies, in addition to US education institutions and/or corporate education providers
- Strong proficiency of using ATS systems, Boolean search terms and compiling reports or metrics; along with evident continuous improvement approach to processes and operations
- Have a positive, growth mindset and be willing to be hands on, whilst maintaining high standards and responsive attitude when executing tasks and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required to build strong working relationships and effective partnering with senior leaders, day to day
This will be a great addition to our HR Team and highly valued role, based at our office in central London five days per week.
