Adamis US is looking for an articulate and proactive HR professional with 3 years experience to positively impact the recruiting, training and corporate culture of the company. This position is an in-office role in NYC, NY.Duties AND Responsibilities:
- Develops and administers company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
- Promotes positive employee relations through design, communication, and interpretation of human resources policies and programs.
- Coordinates recruiting and retention strategies and succession planning process.
- Coordinates training programs, personal and career development, performance appraisal process, compensation systems, diversity and benefit programs.
- Regularly partners with hiring managers and other appropriate managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs in advance of required start date.
- Ensures thorough reference checks are completed on all potential candidates prior to job offer; reviews information prior to making hiring recommendations.
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Reviews employee relations issues and recommends appropriate responses to management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting and staffing Ability to work with all levels of management
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of HR State laws and regulations nationally.
- Able to champion new ideas, manage change, and execute on action plans.
- Experience in all HR concentration areas such as
- benefits; compensation; workforce planning and employment; employee relations; occupational health, safety and security; strategic management; employee development; and training.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient on ADP WorkForce Now OR the ability to quickly learn payroll management systems.
- Proficient with MAC OS systems, Microsoft Office software, Adobe.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and company-wide business correspondence.
