Human Resources Director – DTLA - $180k-$200k
A reputable mid-size financial services firm in DTLA is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead their HR initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company's people strategy, build a strong operational foundation, and implement policies that drive long-term success in a growing organization.
Please note - SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is required for consideration.
This role will handle the following:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and processes
- Overseeing benefits administration
- Managing employee engagement and retention
- Supporting recruiting efforts
- Maintaining onboarding and offboarding process
- Establishing policies and procedures; creating best HR practices
