THE ROLE
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Manager to play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting key HR functions. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this role is essential in building a talented, engaged team that drives our company forward. You will oversee recruitment efforts across all departments, collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, and maintain a smooth, efficient hiring pipeline. Additionally, you will support various HR initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for roles across departments (Creative, Sales, Account Management, etc.).
- Utilize Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System) to post job openings, track candidate progress, and maintain an organized applicant database.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and ensure the recruitment process aligns with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent in the creator marketing industry.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Support:
- Assist in managing performance management processes, including performance reviews, feedback, and goal setting.
- Provide general HR support, including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, and policy management.
- Support compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records for audits and ensuring adherence to state and federal HR policies.
Team Collaboration:
- Partner closely with the VP of HR to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand department-specific needs and assist with resource planning.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee and candidate information.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to hiring.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and performance management.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the influencer, creator, or social media industry.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
