About the Role
Under the direction of the VP of Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead designs, implements and executes creative and effective recruiting strategies to attract exceptional clinical and non-clinical talent to Sensible Care. The Senior TA Lead serves as the recruiting subject matter expert, consulting with hiring managers and department heads to navigate the complexities of clinical and non-clinical recruitment efforts nationwide. The Senior TA Lead is responsible for filling simultaneous roles across multiple regions utilizing creative active and passive candidate sourcing techniques and strategies. The Senior TA Lead is responsible for maintaining current candidate pipelines while developing new ones. The Senior TA Lead ensures Sensible Care is well-marketed by building our presence across job sites, professional organizations, universities, social media and other channels.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Lead will proactively identify candidates and perform outreach to highly qualified candidates, inspiring them to consider a career at Sensible Care.
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, you will:
- Develop and executes creative and impactful strategies to identify, source and attract high quality clinical and non-clinical candidates in the assigned region
- Manage an assigned req load and executes recruitment process and life-cycle from start to finish to include applicant sourcing, resume review, phone screens, coordinating interviews, negotiations, offers through onboarding
- Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine talent acquisition strategy as applicable
- Work in partnership with a variety of internal partners, hiring managers, department heads and external vendors to meet the talent needs of the organization
- Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies and conducts candidate sourcing for assigned roles in the assigned area by leveraging multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent
- Provide best-in-class recruitment experience for your candidates and assigned business partners throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with VP of TA as required to develop and execute creative and strategic recruitment marketing action plans that leverage and create brand excitement, attract "Best in Class" talent and promote Sensible Care as an employer of choice (includes social media content, internal and external marketing campaigns, job postings, etc.)
- Partner with Credentialing, Onboarding and Human Resources and other internal stakeholders on employee onboarding to ensure effective and seamless process
- Participate in recruitment events including virtual, campus conference events and job fairs
- Participate in special projects as required
What we offer:
40-hour Workweek Includes:
- Base Salary of $80,000, plus up to $30,000 bonus opportunity for a total annual compensation potential of $110,000

We're Seeking Professionals With:
- Proven proficiency in developing sourcing strategies utilizing multiple creative channels
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- 5+ years of experience sourcing and presenting a diverse candidate slate to hiring managers
- 5 + years of experience with core recruiting functions, including: sourcing, phone screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and candidate dispositions as required and follow up with non-selected candidates
- Knowledge of applicant tracking system (ATS): Posting open requisitions, tracking candidate activity and maintaining 100% compliance with required data fields
- Well-developed team skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field of study is desired, a minimum of an Associate of Arts degree is required
- 5+ years of experience in a recruitment or TA function (Behavioral Health field preferred)
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, HR partners and cross functional partners to review and align on job specification
- Previous experience using sourcing tools, experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment (5 years)
- Travel required: 25%
