The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and can determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing strategies to offer negotiation, across key departments like Content and Marketing for the US market.
- Work closely with hiring managers to develop annual recruitment strategies to meet manpower requirements across India and for key international markets.
- Identify potential candidates through creative sourcing techniques to fill the candidate pipeline.
- Develop, suggest, and lead initiatives to enhance the talent pipeline.
- Act as a consultant in hiring processes utilizing industry knowledge, compensation expertise, leveling guidelines, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment (exposure to Media hiring is a MUST) handling end-to-end recruitment activities, including talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management, and all the related responsibilities.
- Solid experience in stakeholder management, data management, and handling International contingency agencies & executive search firms.
- Experience in recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to improve process efficiencies.
- Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
