Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of people and culture strategies that are aligned with our organizational mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to advance employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), as well as professional development initiatives.
- Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and talent retention efforts.
- Design and execute programs that promote an inclusive, supportive, and dynamic workplace culture.
- Manage learning and development programs aimed at enhancing professional growth and fostering leadership skills among employees.
- Champion DEI initiatives to cultivate an equitable and inclusive organizational environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and organizational policies, utilizing HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and assess the effectiveness of people strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal skills to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in DEI principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HR technology and data analytics.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources, with a focus on culture, talent development, and DEI initiatives.
- Experience in the nonprofit sector or mission-driven organizations is advantageous.
