Job Description
We are looking for a creative, strategic leader to serve as the Director, Organizational Development & Transformation. In this newly created role, you will lead our transition to a product operating model by integrating organizational development, change management, and transformation plans. You will work with HR Partners and the Business Transformation team to lead agile practices, embed a product mindset, and promote cultural change across our organization. Your efforts will ensure that our workforce is aligned with our strategic vision for sustainable growth and excellence.
You will report to the SVP of Human Resources and be an important partner to the HRBP and Business Transformation teams. This leadership position is hybrid and you will commute to the office in Costa Mesa, CA once per week.
You Will
- Change Management & Transformation:
- Develop and implement a change management framework to support our transition to a product operating model.
- Lead the brainstorming, design, and execution of organizational development programs that achieve important results in Consumer Services and Financial Services.
- Learning & Development:
- Create targeted learning curriculums and training programs designed to shift behaviors, build competencies, and promote agile practices across teams.
- Provide coaching and leadership development support throughout the organization.
- Strategic HR Programs:
- Translate complex challenges and priorities into relevant, tailored HR projects and comprehensive talent strategies.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and the Business Transformation team to ensure agreement and seamless integration of change plans.
- Portfolio & Project Management:
- Oversee a portfolio of change projects, ensuring that projects are aligned with commercial goals and operational needs.
- Monitor progress, measure impact, and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Partner Engagement:
- Be a necessary liaison between HR and business teams, ensuring collaboration.
- Represent HR in strategic discussions, including attendance at ECS SLT meetings, to ensure HR focus and leadership representation.
Qualifications
You will have:
- 12+ years experience in organizational development, human resources, or learning and development, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Expertise in implementing change management frameworks and organizational development strategies.
- Demonstrated experience designing learning curriculums that shift employee behaviors and build essential competencies.
- Strategic & Commercial Experience:
- Experience building change solutions with shown success.
- Experience managing a portfolio of transformation projects.
- Leadership & Communication:
- History of influencing at all organizational levels.
- History of building relationships with HR colleagues and business leaders.
