About The Job
As the Manager, Brand Creative Strategy & Culture you will help drive the conceptualization and implementation of brand strategy, actions, and stories that evolve the brand, drive top-of-mind awareness, and step-change growth for the business. This role is responsible for helping deliver a brand activation pipeline with creative swings that move the culture forward and help redefine what it means to Live Mas today.
The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and analytical, able to dream big and execute effectively. They understand the power of ideas, have a pulse on culture and are highly collaborative in dynamic environments.
The Day-to-Day
- Manage the development of a marketing calendar filled with meaningful brand moments, shaping a distinctive point of view and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns that bring them to life.
- Lead idea generation processes to brief, filter, and prioritize opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of innovative and strategic brand initiatives.
- Partner with Brand Marketing teams to design product comms briefs that are anchored in our brand ethos and breakthrough consumer and cultural insights.
- Lead cross-functional leadership alignment discussions to progress key workstreams and projects, including but not limited to program development briefs, creative development, and launch plans.
- Lead strategic alignment & project management across enterprise-wide teams to ensure the Brand is deeply rooted in the organization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Public Relations, Digital, Social, and Media to develop robust, multi-channel activation that effectively engages target consumers.
- Manage and inspire agency partners to develop compelling and engaging brand actions and consumer communications, from briefing to creative development and launch.
- Create and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of overall marketing activities on an ongoing basis
Is This You?
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and/or Strategic Planning
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven ability to develop and execute brand marketing strategies that drive impact
- Strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and agency partners to develop breakthrough, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Ability to define, track, and analyze key marketing KPIs to measure success
- Ad agency experience preferred
- Experience in multi-channel retail and/or franchised business models is a plus
- Spanish fluency is a plus

Salary Range: $134,500 to $158,300 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
