Role Objective
Kooth believes that an integrated talent management strategy is a force multiplier for our success by enriching employee experience and continuously attracting and developing high-quality talent. The Head of Talent Management will drive business impact by implementing: a best-in-class recruiting process that optimizes structured hiring and candidate experience, an integrated performance management program, and human capital and compensation analysis. By implementing a talent partner model, the Head of Talent Management will lead a team that becomes known as a strategic partner and consultant to hiring managers and department leaders.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Process Design:
- Implement and manage a differentiated, structured recruitment process based on position type that stewards a high-quality candidate experience and builds qualified and diverse candidate pipelines
- Creates and manages a multi-channel recruitment marketing strategy to cultivate and nurture candidate talent community for high-volume roles
- Leverage evidence-based solutions to maximize hiring effectiveness (likelihood of hiring high-performers) including standardized recruitment process steps, structured interviews, work samples, and assessments
- Distill recruitment strategies into workflows that engage recruiters and hiring managers to fully adopt
- Lead demand planning forecasts based on hiring plans and projected turnover
- Monitor recruitment process for compliance with local employment law including the U.K. and U.S.
- Drive initiatives to develop our employer brand in the UK and US
System Optimization & Analytics
- Be a subject matter expert in talent management software, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate assessment software, and create a roadmap to maximize the utilization of system functionality to support the overall talent management strategy
- Utilize ATS reporting to identify efficiency improvements (ex., time to fill, time in step, and yield ratio reports), candidate insights (ex., qualified applicant ratio, high-performer education and experience trends), and recruitment marketing effectiveness (job board reach, candidate quality, and cost effectiveness)
- Model continuous improvement by creating feedback loops including post-hire surveys to hiring managers and candidates, annual or semi-annual 360 reviews for talent partners, and soliciting feedback from internal stakeholders (ex., US and UK leaders, Finance, and Legal)
- Build processes that incorporate quality checks that consistently produce high-quality, accurate work
People Manager For Talent Partners And Recruiter(s)
- Supervise the talent partner team and requisition process resulting in on-time, high quality hires to meet business needs
- Establish, manage, and report on service level agreements that deliver a high-level of internal customer service by setting standards for task management (ex., candidate ratings and process/workflow management)
- Develop the talent acquisition team members into talent partners who become integral internal consultants to hiring managers on human capital strategy in addition to talent acquisition
- Facilitate a continuous feedback loop from candidates and internal stakeholders that supports talent partner development in a constructive and inspiring manner
Senior Position Recruitment
- Facilitate talent acquisition process for director and above positions that is similar to an external search firm including a high-touch candidate experience and visually engaging recruitment marketing materials
Performance Management
- Oversee Kooth’s performance management program; including introductory, mid-year, and end of year reviews as well as regular 1:1 supervision, internal promotion, and succession planning
- Integrate introductory, mid-year, and end of year reviews as well as regular 1:1 supervision data to maximize performance management insights at the employee, department, and enterprise levels
- Run regression analysis on candidate assessments, mid-year and end of year reviews to understand how predictive candidate assessments are to hiring quality
- Run regression analysis to identify structure interview scores’ correlation to performance review scores
- Conduct compensation review and benchmarking
Education And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience combined
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in full life cycle talent acquisition
- Minimum 2 years experience managing a TA Team
- Tech savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly
- Multi-state experience preferred
- Mental Healthcare industry experience in talent acquisition a plus
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of ATS and the identification and sourcing of qualified candidates using multiple platforms
- High volume recruiting experience
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Requirements
- ATS (Applicant Tracking System); Paycom a plus
- Interview and candidate selection
- Microsoft Office Suite, including Google Meets and/or Zoom platforms
- Demonstrated strong communication, written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail, good listener and strong communication skills

Compensation: Approximately $100,000 - $120,000. We believe in valuing candidates' time by creating a transparent process including sharing salary ranges in all states regardless of local laws. Salary offers will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities.
