Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist, Staff Professionals, is responsible for the full cycle of non-attorney recruiting. This role ensures the timely and cost-effective hiring of qualified candidates and assists with the development of diverse and innovative strategies to meet staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works under minimal supervision and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders within assigned practice group(s), gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and team dynamics to strategically source and attract top talent that aligns with their goals and culture

Lead intake meetings with assigned hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create a recruiting plan

Review submitted resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify top candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers

Analyze selected candidate’s experience to prepare competitive salary offers in collaboration with staff compensation

Manage relationships with staffing agency contacts, including providing feedback regarding the quality and overall fit of the candidates

Establish sourcing pipelines for key Firm positions

Maintain accurate and appropriate documentation in the Firm’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal candidate management systems

Promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruiting process, adhering to fair and unbiased hiring practices
Job Specifications:

Bachelor’s degree
-
At least three (3) years of related work experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

Knowledge of recruiting standard policies, practices, and principles

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong time management skills
-
Ability to multitask and adjust workflow based on shifting priorities

Ability to analyze data in order to make strategic recommendations
Successful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.
Target Hiring Range $95,000 - $126,000
Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
