Summary
The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) plays a critical leadership role in fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with Infuse Hospitality’s mission and values. This role oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and employee relations. The VP of HR ensures that HR strategies support business objectives while maintaining a strong focus on employee engagement, development, and retention.
This is a 5 day/week in-office position and reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with Infuse Hospitality’s business goals and drive a culture of integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development programs to attract and retain top talent while fostering a culture of learning and growth
- Culture & Engagement: Champion company values and create initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Implement recognition programs to highlight outstanding contributions
- Performance Management: Manage succession planning and performance evaluation processes, ensuring clear goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and professional development opportunities
- Compensation & Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to drive motivation and performance
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies comply with all applicable labor laws and industry regulations while maintaining fairness and consistency across all locations
- HR Technology & Systems: Leverage HR systems such as Paycom to enhance communication, streamline HR processes, and improve overall operational efficiency
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, fostering open communication, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace environment
- Board & Executive Communication: Present HR strategies, performance metrics, and key initiatives in board meetings and executive discussions
- HR Team Leadership: Manage and mentor an HR Manager, providing guidance, professional development, and leadership support
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry; SPHR, SHRM-CP certifications preferred
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development strategies
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, particularly Paycom, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in leading and mentoring HR teams across multiple locations
- Comfortable working at both a strategic and hands-on level to drive HR initiatives forward
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting in board meetings and executive discussions
