Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for various roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide regular updates
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Create a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process, identify pipeline bottlenecks, and provide data-driven insights to leadership about talent acquisition effectiveness

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience for technical and non-technical roles
- Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and clearly articulate candidate qualifications and fit
- Basic understanding of technical roles and terminology
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple searches
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
- Expected full-time salary range between $100,000 to $120,000 + equity + benefits.
- Advertised and actual salary ranges may differ by geographic area, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
