About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Director of Talent Acquisition to build, lead, and drive our talent acquisition practice. You will be responsible for building out the Talent Acquisition team, crafting our recruiting strategy and processes, and bringing in top-tier talent. As a strategic leader, you will work closely with senior leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals, foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, and build talent acquisition into one of Inspiren's towering strengths.
What you'll do
Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals, values, and business priorities.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
Recruitment and Process Optimization:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain robust recruitment pipelines for critical positions.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements to increase hiring efficiency and quality.
- Drive innovative recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent pools.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection.
- Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
- Enhance the company's employer brand through proactive messaging and storytelling across various platforms.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Manage and develop recruitment marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract top talent.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
- Implement strategies to ensure the company attracts a diverse candidate pool.
- Monitor and track diversity-related recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain accurate reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and trends for leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep the talent acquisition strategy competitive.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level position.
- Proven experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies at scale.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a healthtech environment.
- Knowledge of global recruitment processes and compliance.
- Familiarity with talent management and workforce planning.
Details
- The annual salary range for this role is $175-200K + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)
- Location: Remote, US
