What You’ll Do
- Shape Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth goals
- Set Goals & Track KPIs: Define, monitor, and achieve clear recruitment goals and KPIs to ensure our strategies are driving measurable success
- Lead & Inspire: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, geographically diverse recruitment team that delivers exceptional candidate experiences
- Partner & Collaborate: Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to forecast hiring needs and develop innovative solutions
- Innovate Recruiting: Leverage the latest digital tools, sourcing strategies, and data analytics to optimize our recruitment processes

- Experience: You bring 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including a proven record of scaling global recruitment operations
- Data-Driven: You’re comfortable with analytics and metrics, using data to drive decision-making and continuously improve recruitment outcomes
