The role involves end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting HR interviews, extending job offers, and managing employment contracts. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver top talent within tight deadlines. Fresh graduates are open to apply, too.
Project Description
This role is designed to drive end-to-end recruitment across UnionBank’s hiring needs, with a strong emphasis on volume interviewing and rapid candidate placement. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter or an ambitious fresh graduate with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles simultaneously while ensuring top talent acquisition within tight deadlines.
Project Deliverables
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing methods (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for current and future hiring needs.
HR Interview & Candidate Assessment
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit based on job requirements and company culture.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
Job Offer Management
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Negotiate salary and benefits within approved guidelines.
Contract Administration
- Draft and facilitate employment contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding documentation.
