Job Summary
The Head of Talent Management will play a strategic role in shaping and executing Rockwell Land’s talent strategy. This executive-level position is responsible for leading Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development (OD) initiatives to build a high-performing and engaged workforce. The role involves collaborating with business leaders to align talent initiatives with the company’s growth objectives, ensuring Rockwell Land remains an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management Strategy & Organizational Development
- Develop and drive the company’s overall talent management strategy, including workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Align talent initiatives with Rockwell Land’s business goals and corporate values.
- Design and implement OD strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and agility.
- Conduct organizational assessments and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Implement career pathing and succession planning frameworks to ensure leadership pipeline readiness.
Learning & Development
- Oversee the design and execution of learning programs that enhance employee skills and leadership potential.
- Establish a corporate learning culture through innovative training and development initiatives.
- Develop and implement leadership development programs, executive coaching, and mentoring frameworks.
- Leverage digital learning tools and platforms to enhance training effectiveness.
- Measure the impact of learning programs and continuously optimize learning strategies.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure and improve employee experience.
- Implement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and values.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive talent management, learning, or OD role.
- Proven track record in strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Strong understanding of learning & development methodologies and organizational development best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment, preferably in real estate or related industries.
