The successful incumbent will lead the talent acquisition team in the Philippines comprises of sourcing operations, volume hiring, corporate hiring, audit and compliance. He/she will be performing a world-class end to end recruitment support in ensuring business goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Supply: Lead all sourcing initiatives and strategies
- Recruitment Operation: Oversee all stages of recruitment from sourcing, recruiting operations and on-boarding
- Process Improvement: Makes recommendation to improve processes aligning with company’s overall strategy
- Business Partnering: Manages partnership with internal stakeholders, external vendors and other agencies.
- People Management: Handles a team of recruitment professionals from different walks of life
- Capacity Planning: Forecast hiring needs based on historical data and business growth plans
- Performance Management: Manages team’s performance by defining and measuring key recruitment metrics
- Compliance: Ensures overall team compliance in sourcing, recruiting operations and on-boarding.
- Reporting: Generates weekly and monthly recruitment reports and analysis to business leaders
- Budgeting: Prepares and reviews annual recruitment budget
Key Requirements:
- Completed bachelor’s degree of any course
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Leader (Associate Director/Director) in BPO industry
- Extensive experience in managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to on-boarding, including audit and compliance
- Solid understanding of Business Process Outsourcing or Business Process Management operations
- Excellent Communication Skills, someone who is comfortable in making tough business decisions
- Good People Management Skills, someone who can guide the team to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HR Databases and Tools
- Strong client/stakeholder relations with the ability to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, external partners and candidates
- Amenable to work in middle-shift (on-site) and willing to travel to different Infosys sites if required
