Role Overview
As the People Experience Coordinator at Botify, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging environment for our employees. You’ll be part of the People team and work with HR and other internal teams to implement people-centric programs, streamline onboarding, enhance employee engagement, and assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department and our NYC office. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of building a thriving and inclusive workplace culture. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of People and Culture.
Your responsibilities:
- Office Coordination: Manage the NYC office space, ensuring that it is a comfortable, welcoming, and functional environment for all employees. Help organize in-office logistics, supplies, and seating arrangements as needed.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing questions and concerns related to the NYC office and company events and culture.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely on a daily basis with your global counterparts to ensure a unified and cohesive Botify experience in our offices and through our experiences.
- Global Event Coordination: Work closely with Leadership to manage the quarterly Global Team Meetings; Sales Kick Off and annual Presidents Club. Work closely with your global counterparts to ensure coordination is seamless on any global facing event.
- Culture & Well-being: Partner with leaders and teams to support employee well-being initiatives and contribute to the company’s overall culture development.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Work closely with the People Team on the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all employees. Manage the onboarding for the new employees in office experience if they are based in the NYC office.
- Employee Engagement: Organize and facilitate internal events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs that promote a positive and inclusive culture.
- HR Support: Support the People team with administrative tasks, including supporting compliance efforts and other People team facing projects.
Your qualification:
- 2+ years of experience in a People or HR Coordinator role (preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment).
- An outgoing personality that engages and excites people to help foster employee engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to take on new challenges and improve processes.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices, employee benefits, and employee relations a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
