highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the
full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent in the tourism industry.
This is a
W-2 remote position (not a contract role). Applicants
must reside in the United States and be fluent in English.
Job Responsibilities - What You'll Do:
As a
Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. You will collaborate with department leaders, refine our
recruitment strategy, and drive the entire hiring lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top-tier tour guides through job postings, networking, and outreach
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing offer negotiations
- Source and screen candidates via resume evaluations, phone screenings, and virtual interviews to ensure the best fit for each role
- Leverage social media and job boards to increase brand visibility and connect with qualified candidates
- Use recruitment data and analytics to track key hiring metrics, optimize the recruitment process, and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations, staying updated on EEO laws and best hiring practices
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop hiring plans
- Additional responsibilities as assigned to support ongoing HR and recruitment initiatives
Qualifications - What You Bring:
The ideal
Talent Acquisition Manager will have a strong background in
recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR. You should be an
excellent communicator, problem-solver, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR staffing
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates and hiring teams professionally
- Ability to manage social media engagement (respond to messages, occasional posting)
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to recruiting challenges
