As Head of Recruitment Marketing you will lead a team of Candidate Engagement Analysts within the Talent Acquisition department. This team is directly responsible for identifying, recommending, and executing recruitment campaigns that will improve applicant quality and volume and help our Talent Acquisition team fill openings expediently with high-quality talent across the HCA enterprise.
What you will do in this role:
- Coach and lead a team who are responsible for strategy and execution of campaigns across 15 divisions and various other lines of business across the enterprise
- Train & develop the team across various aspects of the candidate engagement discipline
- Designs specific campaign approaches and spending budgets for recruitment to achieve hiring objectives within the organization across a variety of mediums
- Researches competitive markets, demographics, trends, results and other data related to objectives for recruitment
- Analyze marketing metrics and develop proactive, comprehensive strategies
- Consistently keeps division directors up to speed on tactics being launched and acts as an escalation point when campaigns are underperforming
- Assists in prioritizing incoming campaign requests across the enterprise to ensure all deliverables are communicated and met in a timely fashion
- Facilitates conversations between Directors of Talent Acquisition and Candidate Engagement teams when planning the execution of various recruitment marketing campaigns
- Tracks the return on various marketing efforts when it comes to applicant flow and career event attendance & success
What you should have for this role:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in managing a team of at least 3 members is required
- 5+ years of experience in candidate engagement is required
