As a Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to deliver recruitment and talent acquisition services.
• Support the recruitment and selection process, including preparing salary offers.
• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required documentation.
• Continuously review and enhance recruitment and onboarding procedures to maintain strong HR practices.
• Analyze the talent search market and suggest the most suitable platforms based on the sourcing needs and market trends.
• Organize and engage in employer branding events and initiatives.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Possess a min Bachelor of Human Resource Management or equivalent.
