Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with our business goals
- Act as a strategic partner to the senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters
- Collaborate with accounting on payroll and manage benefits programs, wellness initiatives, and equity structures to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
- Oversee compensation structures, ensuring competitive and fair pay
- Oversee compliance and legal HR matters, managing a team that supports these functions. Build scalable processes that support rapid growth and maintain flexibility as needed
- Assess team structures, right-size teams, and create promotional pathways. Develop KPIs for growth and success, and implement 360-degree reviews to foster continuous development
- Drive a culture of fun, collaboration, and high performance. Lead employee wellness programs, ensuring our workplace is one people are excited to be a part of
- Lead recruiting efforts, developing KPIs for hiring and retention. Build an employer brand that attracts top talent and ensures long-term retention
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior HR or People leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and equity structures
- Ability to build and scale HR processes from the ground up while maintaining flexibility
- High level of emotional intelligence and humility, with a "no drama" approach to people management.
- Passion for creating a positive, engaging, and fun workplace culture
