Job Summary:
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will act as a trusted partner to corporate business leaders on key aspects of the Human Resources function including employee relations, performance management, organizational development, employee engagement and the implementation of programs & initiatives. This role supports the development and execution of HR strategies that align with business goals while ensuring the provision of efficient and effective HR services to support business operations. The Sr. HRBP will collaborate with key stakeholders, manage HR processes, and drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner and develop relationships with the Corporate Shared Services teams to deliver an HR agenda which supports the business strategy.
- Work with the HR leadership to develop, implement and oversee HR programs that attract, develop, and retain unique capabilities critical to business and that create competitive differentiators; ensure consistent and effective delivery of all HR activities across the Corporate Shared Services teams globally.
- Function as a trusted adviser and thought partner to business leaders to drive an accountable, performance-based, and purpose-driven culture.
- Provide proactive advisory support to Managers and employees on company policies and procedures.
- Develop the most effective organizational design to support the critical strategies of the business.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that all administrative processes and protocols are adhered to.
- Implement strategies for workforce planning, talent retention, and development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR issues and performance management.
- Assist in organizational workforce-planning informed by budget constraints and growth plans.
- Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives to embed a culture of inclusion and parity across Corporate Shared Services.
- Ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures that support compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Monitor industry trends and suggest adjustments to compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize HR operations, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with preferred experience within HR shared services or a corporate HR function.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and entrepreneurial mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proven ability to manage HR systems and technology, and an understanding of HR metrics and data analysis.
- Experience in implementing employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational design programs.
- Experience of working in media, entertainment, events & or sports company, a plus
- Occasional travel may be required.
