We are working with a banking clients to hire a HR Generalist to provide coverage to their Milan office on a part-time basis (3 days a week). This role is crucial in managing key HR processes, providing operational support on day-to-day people matters, and ensuring the successful delivery of HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with the global HR team on various projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support key stakeholders and employees on all HR matters.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding to offboarding.
- Provide guidance and manage employee relations.
- Oversee the performance management process.
- Ensure HR paperwork and processes comply with Italian social law.
- Execute other HR projects as needed.
Experience, Skills, and Competencies Required:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a HR generalist role within a bank or financial intermediary.
- Familiarity with Banking Collective Bargaining Agreements is essential.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
