Healthcare organization Stable career and overall bonus package Excellent career opportunity As a Head of HR, you will be responsible for the following duties: Oversee the HR department of the organization Handle full spectrum of HR duties, including: Manpower planning, benchmarking, and optimization Employer branding, industry networking, job analysis, recruitment, selection, and onboarding Career development, competency frameworks, learning needs analysis, training, performance management Compensation and benefits management, conduct and behavior management, workplace safety and health, staff welfare, employee relationship management, labor relations management Voluntary and involuntary exit management, retirement and re-employment management Compliance with regulations, policies, and SOPs; administer HR grants; serve as Data Protection Officer for HR; provide HR advisory, perform analytics, and integrate HR technology Requirements A degree in any discipline with at least 10 years of HR experience In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and HR best practices; supervisory experience required.
