DEPUTY MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (TALENT ATTRACTION)
[What you will be working on]
Our Talent Attraction Team is dedicated to keep LTA going and growing in recruiting the right talent for our various positions to help transform the way we travel. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, recommending to offering successful candidates to be hired. As part of our efforts to promote careers in Land Transport, you are required to conduct career talks and participate in recruitment fairs for students of all levels and mid-careerist.
[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Demonstrated skills in writing, communication and interpersonal relationships
- Demonstrated skills in analysis and critical thinking
- Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and drive to excel
- Independent, able to work in a team and highly self-motivated
