Talent Acquisition Specialist/ HRBP
Job Summary
We are looking for someone who will share their expertise and experience in the Talent Acquisition and HR arena. You will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent for our customer's organizations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Create effective recruitment plans, job descriptions, and job postings to attract qualified candidates.
2. Source and attract candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to source and attract top talent.
3. Screen and select candidates: Conduct phone and video interviews, review resumes, and perform skills assessments to shortlist candidates.
4. Manage the interview process: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensure a positive candidate experience, and provide feedback to candidates.
5. Extend job offers and negotiate terms: Present job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
6. Build relationships with hiring managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on recruitment strategies, and ensure that recruitment goals are met.
7. Track and analyze recruitment metrics: Monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of success in recruitment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of recruitment software and AI tools
