Position Summary:
The Director, Talent Acquisition (TA) will gain a deep understanding of the ProKidney scientific, patient and people focused value proposition and be both an Ambassador and a Magnet in identifying, attracting and engaging the right talent to ProKidney. As a strategic Talent Advisor and leader, you'll know the talent market and work closely with executive leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners and our Total Rewards team to ensure the best and right hires for key roles. Your success will depend on your ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while also leading recruitment and operational aspects including ATS optimization and streamlining TA processes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate cross functionally to develop and implement talent branding, employee referral, talent mobility and other programs essential to attract a qualified and diverse candidate pool. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment efforts for key roles in partnership with HR Business Partners and Total Rewards, optimize and manage TA operations, and develop and implement TA programs by:
- Partnering with leaders to understand and anticipate hiring needs, providing guidance and market insights
- Recruiting for senior level leadership positions
- Guiding and developing TA team members
- Engaging in Talent Brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development activities
- Managing Contingent Worker recruitment and providing insights into best practice
- Managing GreenHouse ATS and other systems
- Optimizing TA processes in conjunction with the HR team
- Managing recruitment vendors
- Contributing to Workforce planning efforts
- Participate in diversity recruiting efforts
- Implementing and utilizing talent mobility programs
Minimum Qualifications:
This role is best suited for candidates with a minimum of a Bachelors' degree and 12+ years' experience in of full lifecycle recruiting, as a senior talent partner in the life sciences industry with 5+ years' experience leading Talent Acquisition teams and operations:
- Ability to lead Talent Acquisition programs such as Employee Referral, Contingent Worker, etc.
- Strong relationship building skills in working with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong and proven ability to source passive candidates
- Proficiency with a variety of sourcing tools and technologies including applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Workforce Planning
