- Salary UP to $6,000
- Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
- Working location: Tampines
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals.
- Assist the HR Manager in overseeing all HR and administrative functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, training, workforce planning, recruitment strategies, employer branding, and guiding the HR team while setting performance expectations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Supervise attendance tracking, leave management, and timesheet verification.
- Administer employee claims, benefits, and welfare programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to enhance processes and improve employee satisfaction.
- Lead employee welfare programs.
- Support ESG & Safety consultants on safety initiatives to maintain a supportive and safe workplace.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of security services and adherence to company standards.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, including team leadership
