- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent pipelines.
- Experience in managing high-volume hiring and working in a fast-paced environment.
