Job Purpose
Enhance the employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle within the organization, by analyzing experience indicators and implementing targeted improvement projects, in alignment with organizational priorities, with the goal of boosting employee engagement, satisfaction, and belonging.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Analyze comprehensive employee experience and organizational indicators, such as employee satisfaction, retention rates, and employee experience scores, in order to identify trends and areas of improvement. Engage in continuous improvement processes, identifying emerging needs or issues through regular employee feedback and engagement survey analysis.
- Coordinate employee feedback. Monitor and measure the impact of employee experience initiatives, using established metrics and regular reporting to assess progress and identify areas for refinement
- Design and define employee experience projects based on employee feedback and organizational data analysis, such as onboarding, recognition, or offboarding, promoting and coordinating cross-functional collaboration of key stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Manage diversity and inclusion initiatives and employee networks within the employee experience framework, ensuring legal compliance and proactive engagement.
- Enhance the digital employee experience, working with digital tools and platforms, providing resources for remote or geographically dispersed staff.
- Prepare and disseminate experience-related reports for leadership and stakeholders, presenting insights into processes, implemented initiatives and project outcomes and providing recommendations for future initiatives.
Education
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Organizational
- Psychology, or a related field is essential.
Experience
- Manager experience required. At least 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, or Organizational Development is required.
Languages
- English Full professional proficiency (C1 or above) is essential
- Proficiency C1 in Spanish is required
Others
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and indicators
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Specific experience managing HR projects end-to-end (from design to implementation and follow up)
- Familiarity with HR digital experience tools and platforms is advantageous
- Experience in managing diverse stakeholders
