The mission of this role: under the direction and supervision of the Vice President People this mission includes: act as the strategic architect of talent, designing and implementing initiatives to ensure the attraction, development, and retention of top professionals while aligning talent management with business objectives to drive sustainable organizational growth. You will serve as a catalyst for a high-performance, diverse, and innovative culture, ensuring that the workforce remains the key competitive advantage of the company on a global scale.
Main responsibilities
Team management: manages one or more teams and is responsible for their professional development and growth, both locally (HQ) and internationally.
Talent Acquisition
- Design and implement the global talent acquisition strategy. Partner closely with our leadership team to design and execute hiring strategies. Develop a strategic plan to attract top talent aligned with the current and future business needs, focusing on sustainability, diversity, and inclusion.
- Identify and adopt advanced technologies, tools, and methodologies to optimize recruitment processes, such as artificial intelligence, psychometric assessments, and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Manage employer branding: collaborate with marketing and communication teams to strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and position the company as an employer of choice in key markets.
- Monitor and report key metrics: Establish KPIs to evaluate the performance of the Talent Acquisition function.
Talent Management: Training and Development
- Design a comprehensive training and development strategy: create learning programs aligned with business needs and employees’ professional development goals. Implement leadership development programs. Manage upskilling and reskilling programs. Collaborate with business leaders. Measure the impact of learning initiatives.
- Partner with our senior leadership team to identify talent needs and manage our succession planning process, including individual development plans for high potentials.
- Provide career progression guidance and career pathways for all layers of the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of our learning and development initiatives through KPIs and metrics and then make data-driven adjustments.
- Lead organizational change initiatives. Design the change management strategy aligned with the corporate purpose, vision and culture. Develop a structured framework to effectively manage organizational change processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the engagement of workers across the organization. Design training strategies to support transformation projects and cultural change within the company. Advise and partner with our leadership team, providing insights and solutions to maximize the impact of change programs and initiatives.

Skills required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years' experience in the role or similar, in leadership roles within human resources, with a focus on talent management, talent acquisition and organisational development.
- Previous experience in a multinational company, multicultural environment or organizations with complex structures is essential. Experience in multicultural environments.
- Experience leading organizational change processes, particularly in companies undergoing constant evolution.
- Solid ability to drive and manage change, including global integration
- Fluent in English and Spanish. French will be a plus.
