Our People & Talent team plays a critical role in fostering an engaging employee experience, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join us as a People & Talent Executive.

Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist with posting job adverts, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Help maintain our applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including preparing contracts and setting up new hire inductions
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies
- Support with preparing HR documentation, including offer letters, reference checks, and policy updates
- Respond to general employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Payroll & Benefits
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing
- Assist with managing employee benefits, including enrollments and queries
- Support the administration of leave, absences, and timesheets
Projects & Initiatives
- Be involved in exciting People & Talent projects, from improving processes to supporting wellbeing and engagement initiatives
Requirements
- A basic knowledge of Employment Law
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
(Previous experience in HR or recruitment isn't essential for this role)
