You will need to work across multiple stakeholders, aligning hiring objectives with business goals while maintaining a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset. The Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Partner to help lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our hiring strategy & operations. You will be reporting directly to the COO and play a key role in attracting high-performing individuals allowing Xapien to continue our growth journey.
You will be sourcing candidates, managing the hiring pipeline, partnering with hiring managers and other stakeholders to iterate quickly while maintaining a high-quality hiring process. You will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, ensuring seamless execution of sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and hiring roadmaps.

Qualifications
Essential
- Experience in tech, AI, or high-growth startup hiring, with an understanding of sourcing for technical roles like engineers and data scientists
- Employer branding and talent marketing expertise, creating compelling job ads, content, and campaigns to attract passive talent
- Full-cycle hiring expertise, from sourcing to onboarding, with strong assessment and interviewing skills (BTP, CEO, STAR).
- Skilled in strategic sourcing, market mapping, and diversity hiring, using data-driven methods to attract top talent.
- Experienced in high-growth, fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining hiring excellence.
- Strong stakeholder management, advising and influencing senior leaders to align hiring with business goals.
- Data-driven approach to optimise hiring processes, track key metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Committed to exceptional candidate experience and employer branding through structured engagement and compelling job campaigns.
Desirable
- Skilled in ATS optimisation, automation, and AI-driven recruitment tools to enhance efficiency and reduce admin work.
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and offer negotiation, including total rewards strategies (equity, benefits, incentives).
- Ability to mentor junior recruiters, contribute to hiring culture, and develop internal recruitment best practices.
- Global hiring experience, navigating multi-regional recruitment, visa sponsorship, and international compliance.

We operate a hybrid working model where our team spends 2-3 days a week working from our dedicated office base in WeWork Moorgate. Other days can be spent working from home or in the office - it's up to you! Initially you’ll need to spend c.4 days a week in the office so you can get up to speed, and after that this role may require more in-office time than other roles to meet/greet candidates, etc.

Salary: up to £70,000 + bonus + equity (dependent on experience)
