About the Company:
Our client, operating within the travel industry, has a workforce of around 150 employees predominantly based in London, with additional presence in the US and other locations. Post-pandemic, the company has navigated significant challenges, managing a workforce reduction from 220 employees to about 100. With a recent recovery phase and return to profitability, the focus is now on revitalising employee engagement levels.

Role Details:
- Salary: The position offers a competitive salary range of £90,000 to £125,000, complemented by a 20% bonus structure.

- Cross-Border Expertise: Oversee employment practices for both UK and US employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and fostering best practices in talent management.
