Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager will work directly with the VP of Human Resources to understand company needs and acquire new talent, playing a crucial role in developing a robust talent pipeline. This position is responsible for sourcing talent and building relationships with internal and external partners, including hiring managers, professional organizations, local organizations, and recruitment partners.
This position will serve as the company’s recruitment and onboarding ambassador, developing strategies to proactively source, attract, engage, hire, and onboard candidates throughout the entirety of the onboarding lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment and selection processes.
- Represent our company as an employer of choice through professional engagement, including social media, job boards, and professional networking events.
- Plan and participate in professional events, such as job fairs, campus recruiting events, and professional networking.
- Post job advertisements and implement successful recruiting campaigns through analysis.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System to review resumes, maintain candidate communication, and ensure all data is accurate.
- Ensure all phases of recruitment and onboarding processes comply with applicable state and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Analyze compensation data and industry trends to support talent sourcing and acquisition.
- Lead candidates through the interview process by coordinating email correspondence, interview documentation and executing pre-employment and onboarding tasks.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout all phases of recruitment and onboarding processes.

Prerequisites
- Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Previous recruitment or other relevant experience in Human Resources preferred.
- Successful in building relationships with candidates, internal and external partners.
- Ability to operate independently and effectively report in written and verbal formats.
