Job Description
We’re looking for a
B2B Marketing Manager with experience in business-to-business marketing, wholesale, and trade show activations. You’ll collaborate with the sales and enterprise teams to create tools and strategies that drive product sell-in to wholesale partners, VARs (Value-Added Resellers), and enterprise accounts. This is a mid-level position reporting to the Brand Director and working closely with sales, product, and external partners.
Strategic Management Of B2B And Wholesale Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and sell-in tools to support the sales function in acquiring and retaining wholesale and enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop compelling sales presentations, product catalogs, and training materials.
- Create tailored marketing campaigns for wholesale and VAR audiences, ensuring alignment with their unique needs.
Trade Show & Event Activation
- Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful activations at key trade shows and industry events to showcase Truewerk’s products and brand.
- Develop booth designs, promotional materials, and event-specific content to maximize engagement and lead generation.
Content & Asset Development
- Partner with product and design teams to develop marketing assets that highlight product benefits, brand values, and drive purchase decisions.
- Ensure that all content is on-brand, on-message, and resonates with B2B and wholesale audiences.
Insights & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze the performance of B2B and wholesale marketing initiatives, providing reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Track competitor activities in the wholesale and B2B space to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B, wholesale, or related fields.
- Experience creating marketing tools to support sales teams and drive product sell-in and sell-thru.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing trade shows or industry events.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Background in consumer goods, retail, or apparel industries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across internal and external teams.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable tools and strategies.
- Familiarity with the trades or workwear industry is a plus.
- Experience working with VARs or enterprise accounts is a plus.

Salary Range: $70,000 - 90,000
